APPROACH
My approach is
human by design.
People first. Systems that last.
I bring together empathy, systems thinking, and strategic rigor to create meaningful outcomes for people, teams, and organizations.
My work is to help the process take shape—
and to care for the people inside it along the way.
Let’s design better systems.
Together,
for each other.
Connect
START WITH LIVED EXPERIENCE
——
I stay close to real people and relentlessly keep organizations focused on their lived experience and fundamental needs.
I root my work in a grounded, ethnographic approach to
acquaint and contextualize all subsequent discovery and action.
DESIGN ETHICALLY AND WITH ACCOUNTABILITY
——
Service design isn't neutral. I prioritize autonomy, dignity, and accessibility
across all humans and groups. I abide
by the philosophy of designing "with,
not for."
We have a responsibility as designers
to account for bias, power imbalances,
social barriers, cultural dynamics, and macroeconomic barriers and constraints, both historically and in the current day.
DESIGN THE SYSTEM, NOT JUST THE SURFACE
——
Every decision has ripple effects, requiring deep, lateral work to ensure a friction-free continuity of experience. Our work requires unshakable focus on the interconnectedness of experience and the role we play in navigating it.
BUILD THE CONDITIONS FOR
GREAT TEAMS
——
I treat team health as a co-created and iteratively designed experience to
support and power all.
OPTIMIZE FOR COMPOUNDING OUTCOMES
——
Healthy systems create momentum:
Healthy teams -> better systems
Better systems -> better experiences
Better experiences -> support stronger, more sustainable businesses
